The ability to report accounts for their profile picture.

Hello all,

I moderate a community that bans people for a plethora of reasons due to the nature of the server, today I had to ban someone with a disgusting profile picture that was a clear violation of discord's community guidelines. Whilst searching for the ability to report users with minors/gore in their profile image I couldn't find anything. Said user had not sent any messages but the profile picture was clear to see in the join logs. I feel like discord should add the ability for users to easily report accounts for things such as guidelines violating profile images as people can break a few too many rules and guidelines via their profile picture.
