Thread creation interface doesn't scroll when the message is too long.

The thread creation interface doesn't have any kind of scrolling enabled which makes it very difficult to create a thread when you also want to include a longer message. The solution is simple, add a scrollbar.

As you can see below, most of the text is cut off and there is no way to access the rest of the interface.
