Facility to prevent the constant readding to group chats....

Ok, so an associate of mine has *legitimately for a joke* made himself a small script which will readd a user back into a group chat if they leave the chat (discord allows many of these group chats to be created)... Discussing with him there is already a clear indicator there is a spam prevention system to limit the speed at which the groups can re-add, as well as a system to limit the creation of groups.... 

Could it be possible to make an improvement to this which checks if there is already an existing identical group chat i.e. identical members in the group and discord will refuse to create the group? (But if a new group was created with the same initial group and additional members would create a separate group)

I mean there is no legitimate use for creating repeated groups of the same people....
