Role Permission: Unarchive Thread

Instead of making moderators the only ones allowed to permanently archive a thread, allow a role that will dictate whether or not members can unarchive currently archived threads.

Enabled by default.

  As far as I am aware, members can unarchive threads by just sending a message in the thread, regardless of whether or not a moderator archives it.

  ^ not only that but having the “manage threads” permission i’m pretty sure covers this as well.

  Members cannot unarchive threads by messaging them. They get a "You do not have permission to send messages in this channel".
  'Manage Threads' as a permission is far too broad. Users can create and delete threads, when I as a server owner only want to make it so that they can unarchive it at will.
  I'd honestly like it for there to be an option to disable auto-archive in general (not pay-walled!)
