Time to appeal through support before account gets deleted/access to account to retrieve important details

Firstly to give an option to access the account in order to retrieve friend IDs and important information while pending deletion. 

It is very difficult to get any response other than the automated Clyde messages when trying to appeal an account deletion. With the days or weeks it takes for the ticket to be responded to by an actual person, the fourteen days before everything is deleted goes by very quickly. I believe the information should stay archived until after they have time to work with a member of the support team, which may be multiple months. There are many stories of accounts getting deleted automatically before the support team even responds.

    Abra Kadabra ! the support doesn't care about ya! 

    I also have the same problem but they refuse to acknowledge the problem and wouldn't even respond unless you're a big content creator or have a big community backing you up.
