Account disabled cause of virus
Well someone send me something for nitro on discord and I opened the link and got some kind of virus that made my discord go spamming on all servers with virus related content and my account got disabled an hour after I sort it out and deleted all the viruses from my PC.
Is there a way to get my account back if I contact discord support or it is what it is?

You can contact them to get it back but discord's support team is shit so you could only wish they can accept your appeal
