Be more specific and alerting with account details and 2fa system

Ok so i have contacted the team so many times and got a reply from one of the staff telling me that i have to create a new account because of your safety terms. The cause of this was because i used my number on my alt to help with server maintenance. Sometime later i received an email telling me you can only use your number on only one account at a time. So i tried to log in back on my main to put the number in but i couldn't log in because of 2fa lockout. The reason i had 2fa lockout was because my account got hacked and i somehow got it back. For server's like the Hive Bedrock server i had to enable it so i could get unbanned and so i didn't get hacked again. Loosing my phone number on that account cause me to be unable to get a code to log in, Now here's the real problem. After doing some research i found out that you could use backup codes to log in, but discord never told me about this or warned me when doing this. Later down the weeks i started to accept losing my account and was about to give in and request for an account delete. I quickly found out that the server i was running with 700+ members now needed admin perms to moderate wickbot and to add changes to the server that only the owner could do. Me and my staff where handling the server well until we got even bigger and persons started breaking rules and we realized we couldn't do this without the server owner. So i requested a server ownership transfer. Your staff emailed me back after giving them the id code and my server id code and my two account tags. Mins later he replied saying he can't interfere and that i would have to request this from the server owner. So here i am confused and sending back another email to ask them if it's like them sending an email to the current owner asking them to transfer by email or if it's You have to be online on the server owner account and do it your self. I got no reply. Said the same thing to another staff and got no reply then i send in a delete account request asking "what would happen the the owner role on the server the owner was in" would it transfer to the next longest member or could i just request to switch it to my account. I'm yet to get a reply, but just to summy up the point i'm trying to make is that you need to be specific with these things because now i'm here thinking why is discord telling use we can do these things but they can't because of there safety terms. It just feels kinda pointless, and i'm not saying your staff is horrible or bringing hate to the discord community. I just think there are really sensitive things that you still need to fix to avoid situations like these
