Logging it, captcha THEN 2 Factor?

What is the purpose of me "proving that I'm a human" only to be succeed and be presented with 2 Factor authentication.  I already proved I was a human by selecting a bunch of stupid busses.

Fit it please, I'm not renewing my annual membership until this is resolved.
