SplashScreen API support (Android 12)

Since I updated my device to the latest version (Android 12). I noticed a change in the behavior of the Discord app, and now it shows a double Splash Screen. I attached a video with the evidence. For that, I think the old Splash Screen has to be updated with the new API for Android.
