Christmas Notification Sound
Hey there everyone,
Would it please be possible to have a slider to activate or deactivate the alternative "seasonal" notification sounds?
It is very very disturbing and confusing to suddenly have a new and different sound for discord. Additionally, for the people who do not like to celebrate christmas (whatever their personal reasons for it), this makes for an intrusive and unappreciated move.

As a Retail Worker, all of these Christmas Notifications is diving me INSANE. Not to mention the bells are so high-pitched they actually HURT to hear...

Canada's Dragon Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the case.
I'm currently running the version below and there is no such slide nor a category about the seasonal stuff.

Indeed, there's no way to turn it of, apart from disabling all sound from discord, which I did.
IMO it's incredibly egocentric and arrogant to assume that everybody in the world is Christian and celebrates Christmas. I can imagine non-Christians taking offense having this shoved down their throats.3 -

I thought there was something wrong with my laptop when I first heard it..3 -
Thankfully you can disable it:
Setting>Apperance>Seasonal Decor
And then it's back to normal :)

The update got finally pushed with the slider. I had looked in all the menus and it finally showed me an available update about 10 min ago.
