Profile Pictures get blurry and pixelated, no metods worked on fixing it.

I tried uploading my profile picture many times, it has been a while ago. I shrugged it off as a weird bug and keept the blurry pfp (it was not that noticeable because the image I was using is already pixelated). But when I used other pictures, they ALL got VERY blurry no matter what I tried: Uploading a 128x128 image, Uploading it on the browser app , etc. NOTHING WORKED!  And most of the solutions given are for the problem on the mobile app and not the desktop version. PLEASE, if you know how to fix it on desktop, tell me how.
