Unable to contact customer support?

My account was compromised almost a week ago, and immediately after noticing I submitted a help request to their email. Hours and days go by with no response? I have credit card and other sensitive information on that account that I either need to gain access to or get deleted from the system. It's upsetting that after financially supporting Discord for years they are unable to help in a time of need? Is there anything I can do other than submit more requests and send them DMs on twitter???
