Automatically Adjust Quality of Tenor-based Avatars

You have added a feature that lets us create an avatar from a Gif through Discord. However, out of 50 attempts, only 3 worked because you have a file size limit. If that's the case, automatically adjust the quality of the gif to meet the standards. You're giving me a list of things I can use to create an avatar and then are telling me I am wrong for selecting one. That sends mixed signals to the end user and makes the feature useless.
