Bug in new function * send in timeout *

On the server, we decided to try a new mutation function, and found an error: By issuing a mut for 60 seconds, from the recipient's side, the mut was for 1 hour and 60 seconds. When the official moot passed, it was possible to give one more moot, even though it lasted another 1 hour for the recipient. It was possible to remove the hour-mute again by issuing and immediately removing a new one.
