We should make it were we can IP ban people off of are own discord server 

So they don’t join your server with a alt account

  When you ban a user account from your server, it also bans their IP address.

  Are you asking for an interface where you can ban new IP's from connecting to the server?

  No I’m basically asking where banned users from the discord server they were banned from cannot join with a alt account

  banning is pointless from the start. the scammers just use a vpn and fake IP / names / burner phones etc. All banning does it make them go thru an extra step.
