Duplicate Accounts

I have accidentally created a second account. Both have the same username  ikoniqoz. I have made multiple attempts to delete both accounts but have failed. On top of that I have now been caught up in an effort to delete both accounts and to start over again.

I have battled with your Bot and gotten nowhere.

Please no more bots - I need help from a human being.

My email address is john.ikoniq@icloud.com and my username is ikoniqoz and/or it may be ikoniq-oz.

As a result of this issue I would appreciate it if both accounts were deleted so that I can make a start again - possibly with a new username.

  You need to write something to bot and your requst will again be as opened, wait and you will get human.
