[Feature Request] Auto-post Feature Requests

Currently the Feedback system allows you to submit a Feature Request, but it does not actualy file the Feature Request. The automated system *recommends* that you file it here instead, but only when you speak to an actual person through the ticketing system do they tell you that they *ignore* feature requests that come through the "Submit a request" system. The Discord staff should be able to review the initial request for problematic language and then automatically forward it here.
