Possibility to have 2 accounts with the same phone number

The problem is simple :
I have a discord account since more than 4 years. 
I want to have an second account for kinky side of my life, an account which I disconnect a lot so people in my family or friends don't use my computer and see some message or what that would be very embarrassing to me :
I CAN'T

Because, this second account will request for my phone number, which can be associated with only one account, and then, just now, my principal account which I have for years request my phone number.

How can I have a discreet kinky life via discord ?
