Please fix the explicit content filter

The explicit content filter as of now just… doesn’t work

On numerous occasions images that were completely safe for work failed to get through 

And Yet I’ve tested and actual nsfw images have been able to get through

It is way too unreliable 

I propose 3 possible solutions 

1. Make it so if the filter thinks it’s nsfw it is marked as a spoiler 
2. Make it so the moderators of the server can review it to make sure it is safe 
3. Or just don’t make the filter necessary for community servers, I’d rather have no filter than one that blocks off so many perfectly fine images
