[Feature Suggestion] Text Bookmarks Within Channels

This feature would give you the ability to bookmark specific points of your desired channel.

Example:

You have a channel named FAQ with 1. xxx, 2. xxx, 3. xxx. If you want to answer people's questions with FAQ then you would usually say "look at #faq #3," however, if you have a bookmark you would be able to # the channel and it will also pop up with a list of bookmarks if you type the channel name. So you can either # the channel or the channel bookmark. The end result would be "look at '#faq (bookmark name)'." My idea is if you try to # a bookmark, it also comes up with the channel name to the left of it aka per channel bookmarks.
