Require a Role for Emote Access

I have many users join my servers for our custom emotes. They never contribute to conversations or even read the rules so I was wondering if we could build a feature in which people can't access your emotes to use outside of your server unless they have a certain role. 

With this feature it can be a perk to level 2 or level 3 boosted servers to choose whether or not their emotes will be publicly available in other servers without role access or to keep it private based on a role.

  I would absolutely love to see this as a feature in my server. I am so tired of hearing the "im just here for the emotes". If you aren't gonna contribute and be a part of the community then why should you benefit from my server even if it's only emotes. There are servers who pay for custom emotes just for their servers. Please discord put this as a feature for servers!!

  Pls omg, it would be so great to have this. Especially with people just coming in and saying "it's so dead in here Xd!!!1!" Like it'll help greatly with activity and keeping annoying people from announcing what they plan on doing.

  This would be super helpful, and could also roll nicely into premium servers!
