Split-Bubbles for Walls of Text During Conversations

So I'm talking to somebody, but I end up saying a lot in a short period of time - which then ends up causing a chonky blob of sentences all bundled under the time of the first initial text.

So I was wondering, what if there was a button or hotkey where you could (locally) select the chat (similar a 'Lasso' tool in a paint program), then have it form a bubble around any sentences you select so it looks neater and more readable? Or some kind of highlight tool that you could move around sentences to read them more clearly?

I think it would look cool AND solve this minor issue, personally.
