Able to disable 2FA when you don't have the backup code

I lost my account like this. I didn't link my phone number, thought it would be useless to have the backup code, and, well, yeah. I reseted my phone to sell it forgetting 2fa, and i had an alt which i connected alot, and when it asked for 2fa, i realised.
