Custom "Favorite" Gif Folders

I keep seeing this come up, gain some traction, and then never go anywhere.

I feel like a whole lot of people have a lot of gifs, and really feel they could benefit from organizing them. We've got server folders, we've got emojis sorted by server, even stickers have a way to be organized. Not so with gifs!

Longtime user of the service and this is something I and several others I talk to have wanted for years.

Hope it gets some traction! Would really love to see this feature.
