Suggestion: Improve custom emoji management (sort/replace)

Two things that I'd like to see:
1. Sorting of custom emojis. Whether it's alphabetical (or reverse), or just manually. That way it matches the interface when using them better, and we can see how they'll be ordered (I'm assuming a static order causes more delay for use so the current reverse alphabetical order is more optimal).

2. Replacing custom emojis. This is especially useful when an emoji is used for reaction roles in a server. If it's for a game, title, club, clan, etc. and the logo changes (or a better surfaces), we currently have to delete the old and add the new, and it won't update on the reaction menu at all. Then reaction menus lose count and are less accurate.
