MENA Region For Discord.

Hello Team of Discord,
I have been using this amazing platform for around 3 years now and I have to ask, is there or will there ever be a Middle East North African region for Discord. There are a lot of people including me who live in this region. It kinda sucks to have a minimum of 2 seconds delay in our vc's and on top of that, we can't use the discord app (neither my friends nor I can, maybe there might be someone who can). So please, if possible make a Middle East region for the voice chat.
