Enter / Exit indicators for voice channels a la AOL Instant Messenger

On AOL Instant messenger, when someone logs in, a sound plays and their name appeared bold on your friends list.

When someone logged out, a sound played, and their name went italicized.

I wish Discord had something similar.

My use case - I am playing a game with dozens of other people (ie a 25+ man raid in WoW) and have no idea who just entered or exited.

This should also appear on the overlay, please.
