Remove Attachment

I am the owner and admin of a server, and every so often I'll have to remove attachments from a message. However, despite the prompt to delete the attachment coming up, it doesn't seem to work at all. The image is still visible, at least on my end. Is this happening to anyone else?

The messages all contain more than one attachment if that helps narrow down the issue.
