Add Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesia) Language

Some people already asked this, but still no responses due to bad reasons I guess.

Most of Indonesians are struggling at speaking/reading English because Discord doesn't have Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesia) language at Options.

My friends doesn't want to use Discord because its too hard for them to read English and prefer another chatting platform.

To fix this language barrier problem, We, Indonesians, want Discord to add Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesia) language. It will help us a lot and help Indonesian Community to grow up.
