[FEATURE REQUEST] Moderator Warning Chat

If a user break the rules it is nasty to warn them in the public chat! It would be nice, if a moderator can rightclick a user and select "Open Moderator Chat"! So the moderator can write a message  to the user. On the server the user will see a red warning that he has a message from a moderaor. Here the user can write with the moderator and vice versa. The problem is, i do not want to DM a violating user. Not all users have DMs enabled. /warning on bots will also not work, if the user do not have enabled DMs. So there is no way to safely send a message to a user.

Under Server Settings, there will be a "Moderator Chats" entry! In this menu you will find all open moderator chats. You can close them, add multiple members to it or kick members out of that chat.

Imagine the following scenario

A user has a nickname that contains unallowed things like swastika or swearing so i want to tell him that he have to change his name. So i can open a moderator chat with him and tell him "Please change your name or you will get banned!"

Permissions:
Open Moderator Chat -> This allows a user to open/close a mod chat that the person has opened
Join Moderator Chats -> That allows users to see and join/leave already opened chats
Edit Moderator Chats -> That will allow  users to delete messages or invite/kick users from the chat or close other chats
