Custom reason for closed access to the channel

I mean that instead of "You can not write in this channel" you can write your own reason. For example: "You cannot write to this channel because you have not yet received the role of "Booster"

So that you can set the text for @everyone and for each role separately. (The text is displayed only if it was specified or the role is lower for the specified one) (The reason can only be specified if the deny access parameter is specified in the channel / category rights)

This feature should also work on voice channels. When you click on a voice channel with a lock, the text why you can't log in will be displayed.

In principle, this function can be done for 1 or 2 boost levels.
