Disable Display of Emoji Client Wide

Disable the display of Emojis across all of the discord app.

Not a server, channel, role anything. Just an option in the preferences to just not show them anywhere.

I don't care about attempting (pretending) to control others, or making a case by case basis of context or anything fancy. Just disable displaying them in their entirety. 

Reactions on messages are fine, but emojis filling the screen is not.
