View the roles/users who have access to the selected permission

I apologize if this is already an existing feature. I haven't seen it anywhere.

It would probably helpful (especially in terms of security) if we could do the following:

Select a permission (f.e. Manage Channels), and a list of all roles and users who have access to this permission (or also the ones who don't have access) would show up.

So, we can basically see all the roles and users who can Manage Channels (for example).

I imagine there are some complications to this, such as the fact that permissions can be different in certain channels. So these need to be taken into account.
