Scan embeds for phishing

Discord currently scans message content for phishing urls, as stated in https://dis.gd/phish, but embeds are ignored. If an embed sets the title’s URL to a phishing url and claims to be another site, users can still fall for it and get phished! Instead, if an embed’s URL is phishing, the embed should not be displayed. Additionally, it would be wonderful if discord could somehow work for a way to check if a URL redirects to a phishing url, and block it accordingly.
