Hotkey for toggling dark/light theme

Hello there.

I use light and dark themes often (light when it's day, dark otherwise). But getting to the toggling menu is a bit messy (you need to use mouse/touchpad and do a couple of clicks). So it'd be nice to have it binded to, for example, Ctrl+R or some other combination.
