clicking the " click " a bot sends and getting added to random servers

there was a bot and it had " to confirm account click on the click " and i did. Now i get added to nudes/nsfw servers, give aways and more. Please could you help me get it off.

  Happend in both of my accounts.

  Make sure you have no Authorized Apps on your account in user settings and then change your password.
  
  

  

   

  When you are going to authorize a app to your account, make sure that you are not authorizing some dangerous permissions allowing the app adding you to random servers, changing some aspects of your account etc..
