This is still an issue in 2021. I use a Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma. It just happened to me a few minutes ago.

I have a user note only on one user, so it isn't a limit issue. This is definitely a bug or internal system design flaw with Discord's database.

Why is this not a thing? Pandora was way more popular until Spotify took over. It has been around forever. I'm amazed there aren't even plugins for something like this available.

3. Push-To-Talk is malfunctioning on Android 6.0.1 -- acting as a toggle switch instead of a simple button [FIXED as of Discord 32.3]

This was present on Android 9 for me, however it has indeed since been fixed.
