    To help with confusion, I mean an entire tab showing audio files on your computer, allowing you to play them, share them, etc.

    Just a simple thing added to the bottom of the screen or a new tab (like the store) that adds .mp3, .wav, etc. audio file support. I think the Discord UI would be great for a built-in music player....
