This feature would be for people like artists, music producers, YouTubers, and Verified / Partnered Server owners. As of right now it's pretty damn easy to impersonate someone here on Discord, and doing this could really help.

So for example, I'm the real Beluga. Now, the server I own is verified, but not partnered. I might not have Nitro, and I haven't really personalized my profile. That would be very easy to impersonate, so using this would make me verified as I own that verified server. Yeah, shouldn't be too hard to implement.
