Creation of our own Voice Channel Activities

With the addition of the Discord Acitivities, as explained here https://discord.com/blog/server-activities-games-voice-watch-together, will there ever be the expansion to allow the discord developer base to create their own activities, that servers could add and remove as they wish? The developers within Discord are some of the most creative and talented minds on the internet, I'd be happy to see what they would produce, and in tandem, what I could create for other users.
