Changing the bans from IP ban to hardware ban. In a server.

Hello! I had this idea quite a few days ago, and since IP bans can be evaded by a VPN, and once you ban someone they are not supposed not to come back, please change this feature to Hardware ban, which will be way more effective.

    you can't always know someone's hardware id across http communication or any type of remote communication for that matter

    MAC spoofing exists and is about as easy as IP changing. The person is going to get back in if they want it bad enough, no matter what you enforce. Maybe instead of banning (arguably virtually murdering) people without a second thought you should instead maybe talk to them? See what their problems are and come to some sort of conclusion or compromise? The path of a tyrant has proven itself to be ineffective time and time again. So why do you think it's going to work this time? What makes you so special above everyone else?
