Force follow for everyone

The title is bad I know, sry for my bad english :d.
I would love an option that would enable the "follow" thingie for a thread inside a forum for everyone. Sometimes important threads inside forums are hard to discover for new discord users. I for example, want to enable "follow" for everyone because I have a "leaks-chat" inside that forum, I want it to be visible to everyone (just like in this screenshot).

  you can @everyone inside the post to add everyone

  But that still doesn't solve my problem. New members still won't be able to see them on the channels list, right?.
