android video call freezing

I've had this problem for months, for quite a few updates! the other person's video is always freezing on my android phone and tablet and it is extremely frustrating. I've swapped apps and told all my friends to too, because every 10 seconds their video freezes and I can't see anything anymore! I know it isn't the WiFi or any other problem, it is distinctly discord and I don't know why support hasn't fixed this yet. Help!

  I have the same problem whenever I use discord on my samsung devices
