transfer ownership + discord support problems + horrible 2fa system

long story short I lost my account because of 2fa I put on my account. discord support straight up told me they couldn't do anything even after I proved that was my account. after that they told me i could transfer my ownership if I had some requirements which I did have. I put another request saying to transfer my ownership to my newest account and... I have NO RESPONSE. l feel ignored. I have ALL of the criteria, my server has over 1k members, has discovery, WHAT MORE DO U NEED??? please reply if you're having the same problem, or have faced it because its genuinely frustrating seeing I cant do anything in my own server.

    I just found myself automatically logged out of both the desktop and mobile app, and learned that because I had 2FA enabled, that means I've now lost my account forever. Apparently this has been going on for years now, and they still think it's a good way to run things.

    I wouldn't hold my breath, Discord seems like a garbage operation.

    just get get your 2fa code and sign back in, what is the issue on that?

    If you're not logged in, how do you get a 2FA code?

    The 2FA can go out of sync, preventing you getting back in with the code. The only way to fix that is to remove 2FA and put it back on the account, which is impossible if you can't get into the account cause the 2FA is out of sync.
