Call Center/Customer Service Help
So, I've been dealing with my account being hacked 10 days ago (it's been temporarily disabled as of writing this) and I haven't received it back yet. I haven't been kept up to date on the whole situation as the staff have seemed to have not messaged me since Friday, March 24th. It's been getting more and more frustrating and I really think Discord needs to make a call center regarding this and other kinds of major problems regarding accounts. I feel that there is no real concern for the customer in question and while I'm happy they at least did something, the time it's taken has been awful. It's been 10 days and still no word from them. I think anyone here would want at least to hear something from someone on what's going on, like a written response or something at the very least, but this is if you're lucky and very patient.
If they had a call center or some kind of customer direct connection, like something similar to services like Avast Antivirus, I think it would help people out greatly and it would shorten the response time and help save people's accounts a lot faster than what it is now, like I'd rather have to wait only hours to a day to get my account back rather than weeks. So, Discord Staff, if you're reading this, please suggest this to your boss. And I know there's a lot that would need to be done, like first of course identifying if the person calling is the real owner of the account. I do have my own ideas as to how to do that, but please of course lemme know what you all think.

I know I’m incredibly late but I wholeheartedly agree! A company as big as discord that specializes in messaging should have a call center. It’s completely absurd that they have robots responding to tickets as opposed to real humans. A call center would help appease to the masses who feel as if they will never be heard. A conversation with a real human instead of a mascot or robot would allow for actual customer service. At the moment, I feel that discord’s customer support page is utterly terrible. Despite what I say, this should be taken as criticism and not hatred, in fact, it is quite the opposite of hatred. As an avid discord user and supporter who has recently gotten their account disabled, I fear I may never get it back. I want to keep supporting this platform but due to a lack of responses from discord I may not use it again, especially with the false pretenses in which my account was disabled under.

I had an account that was disabled in January of this year and i don't even know why it had gotten disabled and deleted they told me i had to login to the account to know why they had disabled my account and trust and safety refused to re-enable it or tell me why they took that action on my account
