Add the new Emoji 15.0 emojis to Discord

There were several new emojis added to Emoji 15.0 which iOS 16.4, Google's Android 12L, Windows 11, Twitter and Facebook have now adapted to. There are a select number of Samsung devices that have also added the new emojis. I think it is time for Discord to add the new emojis even if many devices dont have them. Discord already has custom emojis which arent platform specific or useable outside of Discord, so I see no reason why Discord cant get ahead of the game here like Twitter and Facebook
