[Feature Request] Customize Time Outs Length and Ban reason "Suggested Options"

Time Outs

Currently time outs are limited to set time criteria; however the increments are small then suddenly insanely large, going from 1 hour, to 1 day, to 1 week. Being able to customize this or set our own values would be beneficial so that moderation can be more catered to the server.

Ban "suggestions"

Similarly, bans give us these "generic" ban options which are quicker than typing a unique reason but are generic and not beneficial for all servers. It would be cool if we were able to customize these and cater these to our servers, e.g. something we can set in the community menu. This way, moderation can be more streamline for server mods.
