Account falsely disabled and server deleted for no reason - Support agent is not doing their job

Hello,
21 days ago my account and 4 other staff members' accounts of a 1.6k member minecraft discord server got disabled without any valid reason.

In an e-mail we got told it was because:
"Your account was involved in malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit card cracking and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine"
This is not true, and I and the rest of the staff team have never condoned anything like this- or accepted any behavior of community members that relate to this.

We have all opened tickets, 2 of us have even filed complaints at the BBB but to no avail...

A support agent named "Marengo" keeps marking our tickets as "Solved" without looking into the situation, taking any action, or even sending a message back to us.

We have all lost 4+ years of discord history, a decently large passionate minecraft community and many friends. I know this might just as well be a call for help to the abyss but we are trying anything to get the attention of a human ticket agent or anything at all.

    active accounts and servers live on borrowed time until T&S suddenly ban you without explanation and completely stonewall you. it doesn't matter how long you've been using the platform.

    they know people just come crawling back with a new account and buy nitro again. that's why they don't care and won't help you.
