Allow users to remove the nitro from the user if they own it

There has been nitro snipers that uses selfbots to auto-claim discord rewards and it isn't fair. It would be cool if you can remove nitro from someone that claims it.

bad idea, what if a kid buys nitro from a guy for a paysafecard or something. he gives him 10€ psc and the guy buys a nitro gift for him (I think thats against TOS but anyways) and then the guy just pulls the nitro a day later? or giveaway scams and shit?

I mean, there can be a limit of time. Basically, if they gift it, they would have 10 minutes or some time. If it passed 10 minutes, the person that owned the gift won't be able to remove it.
