Being able to hide the "(edited)" tag with corresponding permissions

I think it would be a very useful feature for people with the "Manage messages" permission to be able to hide the small "(edited)" which appears after a message has been edited.

This small "(edited)" can really mess up a clean message/chat and when only a role with the corresponding permission is able to do it, I think there wouldn't be a problem with it.

The only thing we can currently do is re-post the message, this is not very optimal considering e.g. a lot of reaction roles must be set up again and such.

This'd definitely be an Owners/Admins/Moderators dream. :)
